Objective
Design and facilitate an intensive collaborative space for emerging professionals from across Europe to explore new ways of working together, exchange practices, and develop concrete project ideas within the performing arts ecosystem.
Approach
The Atelier was designed as a living laboratory for collaboration. Through a mix of structured facilitation, peer-led exploration, and collective sense-making, participants worked across disciplines, roles, and cultural backgrounds.
