Objective
Activate peer-to-peer learning and cross-team contribution across 10 ongoing innovation projects within CAE’s European network.
Approach
I designed an informal, high-energy space built around movement and choice.
Participants joined three 30-minute rounds, selecting the projects they wanted to work on using the “vote with your feet” principle.
This created natural flow, curiosity, and spontaneous matching of skills and needs.
Why it worked
Self-directed engagement
People chose where they could contribute most
Cross-pollination
Diverse roles and countries coming together around shared challenges
Fast, concrete progress
Each project walked away with new insights, sharper next steps, and expanded connections
Impact
10 projects strengthened through collective intelligence, renewed motivation, and actionable inputs.
